Hi, I’m Kelsey! I help women and teens navigate the impacts of trauma and learn practical strategies to manage ADHD that honor how your brain works. I help you learn to feel safe in your body and trust yourself again.

I know what it is like to be confused by your own internal world, to feel like something is wrong with you and to feel like nothing you do helps your symptoms. Dealing with the repercussions of trauma can impact a person deeply, for many years and in many circumstances - I understand that personally. I focus on consistency and trust in our relationship and we will always collaborate in a way that feels safe for you. Healing is possible. Understanding yourself is possible. It’s the ultimate privilege to guide clients through that process.

Our work together will explore how your experiences have shaped your behavior, your relationships and your nervous system. Goals might include finding relief from overwhelm, reconnecting with yourself and moving forward with confidence. I’m so excited to walk this path with you!
